Celluloid Verdict

A silky suburban noir powered by Jon Hamm's effortless charisma, Your Friends & Neighbors skewers wealth culture while shamelessly indulging in it — and season two raises the stakes with a slippery James Marsden without losing its guilty-pleasure pull.

What is Your Friends & Neighbors about?

Andrew 'Coop' Cooper had the hedge-fund job, the marriage and the manicured Westmont Village life — then lost all three. Rather than admit it, he starts letting himself into his neighbors' mansions and pocketing the watches and cash they'll never miss, discovering the rich are hiding uglier secrets than his. A scam to keep up appearances curdles into something dangerous as Coop's double life collides with a murder rap, his tangled family and a billionaire rival who plays by even fewer rules.
