Project: High Council (2023) Review: Rule by Fear at School
★★★☆☆
Project: High Council is a Malaysian boarding-school thriller about a secret student council ruling through bullying and blackmail; angry and bold, but uneven.
It depends. Viewers who like school-set thrillers with a social conscience will find its anger worthwhile; those who need tight plotting will notice the wobbles.
