He is the “ghost” who knocked books and set the binary coordinates. The bulk beings cannot speak simply; they engineered a tool for a three-dimensional mind.

How does love fit the science?

Brand argues love is a force that transcends dimensions — the film’s soft thesis. Narratively, Cooper’s bond with Murph is the channel that lets the data arrive at the right mind. Kip Thorne’s consulting grounds wormholes and time dilation; the love speech is thematic glue, not a physics paper. Take it as character truth, not a lab result.

Does Cooper die in the black hole?
