What is Send Help about?
When a corporate jet carrying a junior employee and her domineering boss crash-lands on a remote desert island, survival becomes a battle of wills as much as a fight against the elements. Sam Raimi blends survival horror and dark comedy as Rachel McAdams's resourceful staffer and Dylan O'Brien's corner-office tyrant discover that rescue may be less dangerous than sharing a shoreline. Edyll Ismail and Dennis Haysbert widen the ensemble as the island strips away hierarchy and forces both women to decide what help actually means.

Yes. It is a gleefully mean genre ride for fans of horror-comedy and Raimi's style, though it runs a little long and its final stretch grows more outlandish.
