What is Pegasus 3 about?

Han Han closes his racing trilogy with Zhang Chi — twice broken, twice rebuilt — coaxed out of retirement to assemble a national rally team for an international competition. What begins as a nostalgia lap becomes a fight for the sport's soul, as aging drivers, corporate money and a hungry new generation collide across the most punishing stages Zhang Chi has ever run.
