What is Evil Dead Burn about?
The sixth film in Sam Raimi's 45-year-old horror franchise, directed by Infested's Sébastien Vaniček and shot in New Zealand. After the loss of her husband, Alice (Souheila Yacoub) seeks solace with her in-laws in their secluded family home — only to watch them transform, one by one, into Deadites, turning the gathering into a family reunion from hell where the vows she took in life live on even in death.

Evil Dead Burn (2026) Review: All Gore, Little Glee
Evil Dead Burn is Sébastien Vaniček's grief-soaked family siege and the franchise's meanest chapter. The practical gore is ferocious; the characters and wit are thin.
It depends. Gore fans will get exactly what they came for, but viewers who love the series for its mischief and personality may find this entry grim and hollow.
