Critic Reviews
Ek Tha Tiger (2012) Review: Romance First, Spying Second
★★★☆☆
Ek Tha Tiger is Kabir Khan's glossy Hindi spy romance with Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, the film that launched the Tiger franchise. Charming, but light on tradecraft.
It depends. Salman Khan fans and anyone tracing the Tiger films to their origin will enjoy it; viewers after a sharp espionage thriller will find it thin.
